Windsor JR, EG Spalted Tamarind, Antique Pewter & Brass Hardware

This pen incorporates intricate 3-D hardware in its center band and cap. A Swarovski crystal is embedded at the bottom of the stylish and sleek clip.  This pen also has extremely smooth threads for easily removing and attaching the postable cap.  This pen rivals some of the finest pens made in the world.  The Tamarind used in this pen was harvested in tropical Africa. The high levels of spalting (black line patterns) in this Exhibition Grade (EG) wood was caused by fungal growth as the logs were left in the very damp-warm conditions of the jungle. The spalting in this wood is wavy, interlocking and highly pronounced.
