The cap, bands and accent rings are custom casted using a 3 dimensional Art Nouveau designs. These components are then polished and plated with 2 micron gun metal and 22kt gold. The result is an elegant pen that will impress even the most discriminating pen enthusiasts. The nib has an iridium tip for ultra- smooth writing, and can use either the included premium reservoir ink pump or plug in ink cartridge. This Red Mallee Burl is a native Australian timber and has a distinctive mix of redish-brown hued heartwood and darker brown swirls and eyes that are characteristics of a burl.
